From her favorite lunch recipes and most memorable lunch to cooking tips and prepping for the upcoming holidays, chef Gale Gand signed copies of her latest cookbook “Gale Gand’s Lunch!” for Wilmette Beacon Plus program Thursday, Nov. 6, at The Book Stall in Winnetka.

The book, which took about two years to write and produce, features 150 recipes dedicated to the midday meal. The idea for the book stemmed from repeated turned down invitations from family and friends to join her for a dinner party. Instead, she invited them over for lunch.
