Police Reports: Five fragrance thieves steal boxes of perfume from Northbrook Ulta

A worker at Ulta, 900 block of Willow Road, reported at 8:11 p.m. on Nov. 1 that five female subjects entered the store, filled bags with boxes of fragrances, then left the store without paying for the items.
