Guanajuato’s crab ceviche ($15.95) is a mix of crab meat, mango, arugula, cherry tomatoes and avocado tossed in a chef’s-secret sauce.

The crab enchiladas ($19.95) comes with three enchiladas filled with blue-crab meat and covered with mole Coloradito, topped with red cabbage, avocado, radishes, crema and queso fresco.
The restaurant serves its churros con nieve ($8.95) with four churros topped with ice cream, strawberries and chocolate.
