Eighty-six townhomes could be replacing the current corporate offices for Maurice Sporting Goods to the east of Techny and Shermer Roads. 

The Northbrook Village Board conducted a preliminary review of the proposed development, located at 1910 Techny Road, during its Tuesday, Oct. 9 meeting.
