The Citizens for Glenview slate swept all three open seats on the Glenview Village Board, with newcomers Chuck Gitles and Mary Cooper winning alongside incumbent trustee Mike Jenny during the Tuesday, April 2 municipal election.

Gitles and Cooper will start their first four-year terms as board members on May 7, while Jenny will start his third term.

Gitles, Cooper and Jenny handily defeated independent candidate Benjamin Polony in the four-way race for three seats.
