The Northbrook Court developers are going back to the drawing board.

“We will make one more effort to see what we can do,” Barry Nekritz, the attorney representing Northbrook Anchor Acquisition, LLC and Westcoast Estates, told the Northbrook Plan Commission at the conclusion of the second public hearing on the proposed project on Thursday, April 4.
